WTF did you say, God?

Wow, is Spirit giving me some crazy WTF ideas and opportunities. I'm working on receiving my next steps to allow this to unfold as God Directs. What I thought was the way that financing would come iis turning out to be completely different. As a matter of fact, my brain says it's a little risky and borderline insane...this is how I know if must be true. My mind is telling me No, No, No but my heart and my entire body says Yes, Yes, Yes! We are not meant to follow the beaten path but to trust that Spirit will have us blazing our own trail, if we trust the inner guidance (no matter how crazy it seems)

I shared in my Spirit School group about a Spirit Inspired idea of turning "A WTF Moment" into something completely different than the grant proposal directed. Spirit tells me that trying to fit my vision into a specialized grant will not bring me the results and happiness that I desire. So with that, I will be redesigning my structure while keeping the same mission. The new structure is fun and exciting and really beautiful.

A WTF Moment Cafe and more (a lightworker's/seeker's paradise, one stop "shopping"). I found an amazing spot downtown that is perfect for this. Here is a brief synopsis of the services that will be offered.So here's the reason that this all seems crazy to me. I have no background in any of the above mentioned services, nor have I ever run a service based business. What I do have is a killer property management background and the ability to keep operations running smoothly. And also the space has a "special" history, which makes me think that this is my opportunity. The building has been vacant for close to 5 years, the owner "renting" it only has one sign with a phone number and no professional representation, I'm assuming because it is going to take a very special occupant. The space is something like 4000 square feet and has two floors. There is already a kitchen and fixtures. The reason this space has been vacant is because the bouncer of the previous dance club was shot and killed....see why this idea is so crazy?

The way I see it, the only way to clear the space of the bad juju is by filling it with Divine light. I'm also pretty sure that our group has the BEST space clearing Shamans alive. So why am I giving you all this crazy information that usually just bounces around in my head? Well, that brings me to the the financing aspect. Spirit has guided me to share my vision and offer any ladies who feel called into this endeavor the opportunity to invest in this unique business model that will eventually be replicated around the world. I would pass this building everyday wondering why it was vacant, why homeless people slept on the sidewalk, why it wasn't being used. Then I researched the address and discovered the history. Well, just about a week ago is when the "For Rent" sign went up. I've been actively visualizing the transformation of this amazing space.

Ok Spirit, I did it. I spilled my guts and got it out, your turn. wink emoticon Oh, and one last thing. When I was researching the property one of the websites estimated the value of the building to be $1.11 million. Lol.
